My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and some service issues. The room I had with a large private balcony overlooking Lake Garda was stunning, but the 'garden rooms' had a less impressive view. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, with only Ketty at reception standing out for her helpfulness among the otherwise rude staff. The location was perfect for exploring the northern cities of Lake Garda and enjoying outdoor activities, but some room amenities were lacking. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with repetitive but good-quality meals served in a pleasant setting.
